an der station st. Jürgen straße (2,3,10). Zur Uni sind es ca. 30 min und 10 min zur Innenstadt (Domsheide).
Das zimmer ist zwar nur 10m^2 groß, dafür hat es ein fenster zum ruhigen und grünen innenhof. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer, Balkon und Küche) bieten dazu auch noch genügend platz zum leben.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert. Es gibt separate wasch- und fahrradkeller. Zwischen den HausbewohnerInnen herrscht ein gutes Verhältnis und es gab nie probleme mit dem Vermieter.
Du würdest mit Ousmane (m, 22yo) zusammen wohnen, welcher Vollzeit arbeitet. Die wohnung ist rauch- und weitestgehend alkoholfrei und es wäre wichtig dass du das respektierst.
